In addition to the PRO-Green Food & Beverage initiatives, Prospera is fortunate to have Chef Michel Nischan involved in our Pro-Green F&B initiatives. He is also Chef/Owner of Dressing Room: A Homegrown Restaurant in Westport, CT, a contributing editor for Food Arts Magazine and a renowned cookbook author. Michel is a two-time James Beard Foundation award winner and is President/CEO of the Wholesome Wave Foundation.
Created in 2007, Wholesome Wave is a non-profit organization that encourages and supports the production and availability of healthy, fresh and affordable locally grown foods. As we work to further develop and improve our food & beverage initiatives, Chef Nischan is a knowledgeable and invaluable resource.
