Job Description:

The Best Western Plus at Franciscan Square in Steubenville is seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. Starting wage is 13.00 an hour.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and managing reservations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check guests in and out of the hotel with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Make and manage reservations accurately using the hotel’s computer system

- Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries and provide information

- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally

- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service to callers

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
