The Chetola Resort is looking for a Sous Chef to assist in running the kitchen of our full-service hotel, restaurant, and banquet operation. 

The Sous Chef will oversee and supervise kitchen staff with the Executive Chef.  The Sous Chef assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.  He or she ensures that food is top quality, and that the kitchen is in good condition while keeping stations clean and complying with food safety standards. 

  

Requirements

Previous cooking experience is required.

Previous leadership in a kitchen is preferred.
