Prospera Hospitality has such a successful partnership with the Owners of Bennigan’s Steubenville that they hired us again to launch a new Café: Brooklyn Bagel at Arsenal in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA .

Brooklyn Bagel was the first commercial tenant to join Arsenal 21, a new multifamily development on Butler Street in Lawrenceville. Prospera prepared Brooklyn Bagel for opening, by managing:
