Prospera Hospitality has such a successful partnership with the owners of Bennigan’s Steubenville that they hired us again to assume management of Brooklyn Bagel - on the Square, in Steubenville, Ohio.

Brooklyn Bagel - on the Square is in Franciscan Square, a new multi-use developed in partnership with Franciscan University, and was originally being operated by the family-owned team that helped develop the Square.

Prospera is now managing for the cafe:

• Menu streamlining and costing structure 
• Cleaning and sanitation processes and materials
• Food safety and cleanliness processes, training and products
• Technology and POS equipment and training
