When the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the world, the hotel industry was among the worst affected. To survive and rebuild as the coronavirus continues to spread, hotels must have effective virus mitigation protocols in place and cleaning and safety products readily available and in use by staff. When done well, virus mitigation protocols can be in place without negatively affecting the guest experience.
