In 2002, a small, tight-knit crew of colleagues already seasoned in hotels and resorts in markets across the world teamed up to launch Prospera Hospitality, a hotel management company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With Kevin Kilkeary at the helm, this firm’s guiding principles were fairness, thoughtfulness, reliability, and practicality – all essential ingredients for breaking through from start-up to success. Driven by the same values, 20 years after its founding, Prospera continues to grow in a competitive market and is led by the same team today.
While more than 100 years of combined experience is a significant measure of a hotel and restaurant management company, our desire for continuous improvement and stability for our people keeps us from complacency. We continue to hone our proven processes for operational efficiencies, marketing strategies, and technical applications, which served us especially well during the pandemic in 2020. Fueled by entrepreneurial spirit, we adapted to meet the needs of hotels and restaurants working to stay in business, streamline operations and even find profitability during and after disruptions in the industry.
