Prospera Day of Caring: On December 14th, Prospera team members from across the portfolio gathered in National cemeteries to support Wreaths Across America. They were honored and proud to participate in this meaningful, and for some, emotional event. Prospera Hospitality is very pleased to announce that its Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn & Suites Steubenville, Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South, Ellis Hotel, Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh North/McCandless Crossing, Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport and Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown are the distinguished recipients of TripAdvisor’s coveted Certificate of Excellence for 2019.

Since 2011, the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service across the world. This designation is presented to approximately 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor that have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, an accommodation, restaurant or experience must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five and have a minimum number of reviews as determined by TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor uses a variety of user-generated content to determine Certificate of Excellence recipients. A proprietary algorithm that primarily takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews, as well as the business’ tenure on the site is weighted as well.
