The Hilton Austin Airport is looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our Culinary team to new heights.  


Who We Are:

The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property.  We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel.  The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.


 What You Will Do: 

  • Lead the kitchen team by teaching, training, and developing kitchen cooking skills.
  • Produce exceptional food for guests of our restaurant, bar, and banquet/catering events.
  • Maintain budgeted food costs through creative planning and use of goods.
  • Maintain a culture of safety in the kitchen.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and implement food safety processes to pass inspections.
  • Create schedules for kitchen team based on business levels and client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with FOH F&B team and Sales team to best provide seamless product and service to guests.

 What you'll receive:

  • This position will pay $77,000 to $84,000 per year with scheduled annual increases.

  • Previous Culinary leadership is a requirement.
  • A degree from a culinary school is preferred.
  • Branded hotel experience is a plus.
