The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to help our team provide excellent service to our guests. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in one of Uniontown's finest locations.
The Food and Beverage Manager will lead the management and direction of the restaurant and banquet operations in accordance with established guest service and Hilton Brand standards.

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is a busy hotel, proudly serving visitors to Uniontown for almost 10 years. We have a restaurant, bar, and banquet space to serve guests and group needs. The hotel is managed by Prospera Hospitality, a proud Pittsburgh based hotel management company with over 20 years of experience managing hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.
What you'll do:
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with Hilton core values.
- Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in outlet and banquet facilities.
- Ensure that the food service complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
- Place orders for food, alcohol, and kitchen supplies and take inventory of items.
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other department leaders to resolve service delivery or quality breakdowns.
- Work closely with Sales Manager and Clients to schedule menus, times and facilitate Banquet events.
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Oversee serving staff to ensure proper liquor controls are in place and all cash handling policies and procedures are followed. Comply with all accounting policies.
- Participate in marketing efforts of restaurants and banquets, create menu ideas, survey competition and report food trends, and assist in preparation of specials.
The work schedule will vary from week to week and may include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
What you'll receive:
- This position will start in the $50,000-$55,000 pay range
- The F&B Manager is eligible to participate in the Prospera Hospitality bonus program that rewards hotel performance to budget with quarterly bonuses up to 20% of your pay.

- Associate's degree preferred.
- 3-6 years restaurant experience preferred.
- RAMP Certification required.
- Food Handlers Certification required.
