The Hilton Austin Airport is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Hotel Restaurant Outlet Supervisor to support daily food and beverage operations across assigned outlets. This role is responsible for supervising frontline teams, maintaining Hilton brand standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in all dining venues.
Who We Are:
The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate outlet associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with Hilton brand standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic inventory control.
- Partner with outlet and F&B leadership to drive performance, engagement, and service excellence.

- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or hotel outlets preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Food Handlers and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business coursework preferred
· 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or full-service restaurant
· Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
