Position Overview

We are currently seeking an On Call Overnight Bellman/Valet to provide outstanding guest service during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and safe hotel experience.

Essential Responsibilities

· Greet and warmly welcome all guests upon arrival

· Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel

· Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints with professionalism

· Provide clear directions to hotel amenities, guest rooms, and local attractions

· Transport guest luggage to rooms efficiently and courteously

· Deliver and log incoming packages to appropriate departments

· Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance areas

· Safely operate the hotel shuttle van in compliance with traffic laws (valid state driver’s license required)

· Keep shuttle vans clean and stocked

· Complete nightly task checklist and shuttle inspection reports

· Stock and maintain the crew lounge

· Remain at assigned post when not assisting guests or performing other duties

What we’re looking for

· Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality

· Ability to work overnight shifts and be on call

· Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
