The Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. This role will also absorb any traditional maintenance duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis
• Keep the hotel décor in good condition
• Clean all work areas after completing job
• Have a thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
• Have a thorough understanding of rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned or required:
• Keep outside curbs painted
• Keep all guest corridors in good repair
