Partnership with AdVenture and Prospera Hospitality

The new hotel property, part of Marriott, will include meeting spaces as well as a hotel bar integrated into the lobby. Prospera ran pre-opening services for the hotel and food-and-beverage set up for the bar, and will continue as the hotel and bar manager after opening.

AdVenture Development is the owner and developer of Eastfield Crossing, and they have a long-standing partnership with Prospera Hospitality. AdVenture is the developer of McCandless Crossing, a master planned community in Pittsburgh similar to Eastfield Crossing. McCandless Crossing includes two hotels, a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh North and a Hampton Inn & Suites, and AdVenture partnered with Prospera for pre-opening and management of both properties. When AdVenture prepared to add a new hotel to Eastfield Crossing, they chose Prospera Hospitality again as their management partner.

Pre-opening Hotel Management

Preparing a hotel for opening requires an experienced and savvy hotel management company. Prospera Hospitality worked closely with the developer, AdVenture Development, to prepare the new hotel for success.

Prospera’s pre-opening hotel services include:

Preparing market research and financial analysis for hotel feasibility
Preparing a preliminary pre-opening budget
Preparing marketing and advertising plan
Coordinating the purchasing of OS&E (operating supplies and equipment)
Coordinating the purchasing and installation of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

Assisting and procuring operating permits and licenses
Preparing a first-year operating budget
Recruitment and training of staff before opening
Conducting regular site visits
