Prospera offers human resources consulting for hotels and restaurants to find, train and retain quality employees. Through careful, thorough recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding processes, we help prepare each associate for success. While much of our recruiting is done at the property level, we partner with local and community colleges and universities. We also participate in many campus and community career fairs.

Leveraging relationships within the community to attract strong talent has been key to our success. Tools such as LinkedIn, industry-related websites and a companywide employee referral allow Prospera to attract and hire the best talent for our growing organization.

Once hired, our new Team Member On-Boarding Program ensures our new Team Members feel welcomed immediately. This includes an orientation to meet the hotel management team, tour the property, learn policies and procedures, and begin brand-specific training. We also provide customer service, management and leadership training. We believe training, ongoing feedback and coaching is vital to cultivate leaders.
