Our President, Kevin Kilkeary, Jr., discussed how casinos can benefit from technological innovations that improve the guest experience, especially concerning cleanliness and customer care.

Casinos have been especially hard hit by the pandemic, so actions taken now to improve health and safety – and ensure guests are delighted by their service – can ensure casinos can remain open and thriving now and during any future issues.

During the webinar, Kevin highlighted innovative technology—including food-service robots and UV-cleaning robots—that is changing how casinos host guests. These robots work alongside staff to improve cleanliness and security, as well as make operations more efficient.
