Virus Mitigation in Restaurants

When the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the world, the restaurant industry was among the worst affected, with restaurants forced to close or quickly adapt to take-out procedures and altered hours. To survive and succeed as the coronavirus continues to spread, restaurants must have effective virus mitigation protocols in place and cleaning and safety products readily available and in use by staff. When done well, virus mitigation protocols can be in place without negatively affecting the guest experience.
