Prospera Hospitality has an established, successful relationship with Franciscan University on the management of Franciscan Square, a multi-use development in Steubenville, Ohio, which includes a hotel and another eatery that Prospera manages. Pleased with the partnership, Franciscan hired Prospera to assist the local development company building out the Square to interview and present franchise restaurant options. The developers did not have restaurant experience, so they relied on Prospera for recommendations on restaurant selection. Ultimately, Prospera and the team chose Bennigan’s.

After bringing in Bennigan’s and orchestrating the opening, Prospera continued on as a restaurant management partner. Prospera set up and continues to manage:
