Old North State Food Hall is the nation’s first roadside food hall. This lively venue offers an alternative to mainstream fast food restaurants, introducing a mix of regional and international cuisines, as well as a full-service bar. Owners Kevin Dougherty and Mark McDonnell selected Prospera Hospitality as their restaurant manager after a successful partnership between them at the Fairfield Inn Hotel in Pittsburgh.
Prospera Hospitality started by hiring a seasoned General Manager for the property. We are continuously building relationships with food vendors and local businesses at the food hall to create a community that supports each other. Our team works closely with all team members at the property to ensure a smooth transition and set the restaurant up for success.
