Prospera Hospitality is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Old North State Food Hall in Selma, N.C. Restaurant Management Company

Strong Partnerships Start with Collaboration

At Prospera Hospitality, we pride ourselves on managing properties with a data-driven approach. We plan on having a significant impact on Old North State Food Hall's success by building a comradery with the food vendors and local businesses to create a community that supports each other. In addition to operational support and direction, we will also be providing food & beverage program guidance, hospitality training, and financial services.

Prospera’s Chief Operating Officer Bob Andrews and Corporate Director of Food and Beverage Michelle LaValle-Denk recently met with each of the food vendors to explain our goals and build excitement for our management company's arrival. We are hiring a seasoned General Manager and are working closely with all team members to ensure a smooth transition.

Meet Our Leadership Team

A History of Success

After nearly 10 years of experience working with Prospera as a hotel and restaurant management company, Kevin Dougherty, co-owner of Old North State Food Hall, made the decision to partner with them for his latest project. He chose Prospera because of the exceptional experience he has had with them in the past.

“Our team’s expertise in managing Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh North/McCandless Crossing, also owned by Dougherty and McDonnell, has given us the knowledge and skills necessary to take on this new project,” said Kevin Kilkeary, Prospera Hospitality’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to collaborate with Kevin and Mark and the entire Old North State Food Hall team and see what we can achieve together.”

We are confident that our partnership will be successful, and we look forward to continuing our support of the Old North State Food Hall as they continue to thrive. Stay tuned for updates on our progress and the exciting changes we will be implementing in the coming weeks!
