With over three decades’ experience in Food and Beverage management, Michelle LaValle-Denk is the Corporate Director of F&B at Prospera. Michelle provides leadership and support to F&B teams at Prospera Hospitaliy’s restaurants, hotels, cafes, banquets, lounges, and more.
Prior to joining Prospera’s leadership team in 2015, Michelle was Executive Chef, General Manager, and Director of F&B at award-winning restaurants, such as Morton’s Steakhouse, big Burrito, AMPD, and Bacchus Wine.
Michelle’s passion for and devotion to food drove her to graduate with a degree in Specialized Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Academy. Her passion continues to prove invaluable for Prospera’s ownership group, team members, and guests.
